Belated Fathers Day

So this is pretty late, I know. I was busy the whole week after Father's Day so I never got to post it.

This is my Father's day present to Oto (my dad) this year. I made quite a few mistakes and couldn't do the background I wanted due to only being able to use SAI atm. but I think it turned out alright (the back ground anyways)

For those who're wondering, Sai and Piplup are my dad's two favorite anime characters (other than Protoman, but I couldn't get him in there)
